Welcome to our 3rd&4th grade Chinese restaurant!
After 2 weeks "training" of the Mandarin vocabularies and sentences, they are ready for their "jobs".
They were practicing the words in Mandarin,which was really challenging for their age, but they did it!
1st grade's Mandarin colors review
1st graders are matching Mandarin flashcards with symbols to the pronunciations. Since they are learning English the same time, it's also helpful for them to distinguish the sounds by listening and speaking. Everyone did a great job!
Kindergartener's Mandarin story---bào bào!
After we shared the story of a little gorilla looking for his mom in the safari, and ask for a hug(baobao in Mandarin), little friends started to "baobao" with each other.
Can you find any Chinese Symbols from their group work? They were so creative!
5&6 graders were working in groups to show Chinese Symbols with their body.
